一、（1）設備概述
“NAZJX變壓器變比整檢裝置”（簡稱“變檢”）是用來檢定0.1級及以下變壓器變比測試儀的變比精度和分辨率的一種裝置，同時可以檢定變比組別測試儀在組別測試時的變比精度和各種組別選擇的正確性，并包括Z形組別。
（2）原理結構
儀器中A、B、C分別為三相輸入，接變比測試儀的一次側，a、b、c為三相輸出，接變比測試儀的二次側。功能開關是功能選擇開關，可選擇四種功能的測量。選擇開關在組別選擇時使用，該開關具有三相PT的不同組別的選擇功能，同時還可選擇Z形組別。X、Y、Z、x、y、z、a，、b，、c，、x，、y，、z，是在檢定本裝置的標準變比PT和標準三相PT的準確度時使用，除此之外，沒有其他用途，但相互不能短接。
二、使用方法
使用時A、B、C、a、b、c與變比組別測試儀的相應端子連接，A、B、C為一次輸入電壓端鈕，a、b、c為二次輸出電壓端鈕。功能選擇開關具有4種功能選擇，當它置于某一功能檔時，“變檢”就只能對變比組別測試儀的這一功能進行測試。
K1、K2為組別選擇開關，K2、K3為Z形組別選擇開關，根據面板上給出的“組別開關選擇表”有關K1、K2、K3中的數值來確定此時所選擇的組別狀態。
分辨率選擇開關有兩種，即小數點后兩位數和三位數的選擇。當作分辨率測試時，所顯示的小數部分應是標準值與倍率的乘積，兩部分小數可以相互迭加，而整數部分始終顯示25。
三、性能指標
1. 變比測試功能
可預置的標準變比值是：220/110、220/35、220/10、220/6、110/35、110/10、110/6、35/10、35/6、35/0.4、10/10、10/6、10/0.4、6/0.4、27.5/0.4、27.5/6、24/6、110、550、1100（共20個）即：UAB/Uab的值有上述20種選擇，此時，UAB的額定電壓為400V，該裝置可在額定電壓的20％～120％內工作，二次電壓Uab可以承擔大于等于100KΩ的負荷，即要求被試變比測試儀的二次輸入阻抗≥100KΩ，此時的標準變比值的誤差小于0.02％。
2. 分辨率測試功能
當功能選擇開關置于“分辨率”時，可測試變比測試儀所顯示值的分辨率，“變檢”可預置25.001、25.002、……25.099共99個值，供測試各種變比測試儀的分辨率時使用，在分辨率測試時，對誤差不作要求，但檢定變比測試儀分辨率時，變比測試儀的顯示值應該隨分辨率的增減有明顯的變化。
3. 組別測試功能
“變檢”將標準三相PT按一次星形、二次星形或三角形和一次三角形、二次星形或三角形接法組成12種組別，可對變比組別測試儀的全部組別進行測試，同時在組別測試時的變比值可有25（10/0.4）、87.5（35/0.4）、1050三種選擇，其組別測試時的標準三相PT的各單相誤差全部小于0.1％。
4. Z形組別測試功能
Z形組別共有10組（△/Z或Y/Z），其它性能指標與上述的“組別測試功能”完全相同。
5．直通測試功能
該功能是將變比測試儀的一次電壓UAB直接連接于二次端（a、b端）即UAB=Uab，可對變比測試儀進行1/1的自校，注意不能在不允許直通的變比測試儀的檢定中使用。
