噴灌機的特點
1、噴頭：采用進口三位、快速轉換、防滴漏、水霧化噴頭，只要輕輕旋轉就可以實現噴水量的改變。
2、專利防滴：噴嘴設有專利防滴裝置，開啟壓力為1Kgf/cm2。這對于育苗灌溉意義重大。
穩速運行：實時監測并修正運行速度，閉環控制保證勻速，真正實現均勻灌溉。
3、分塊施水：選擇性設置左右噴水開關功能。實現道路或閑置區域關閉噴水之功能。
4、行程設置：只要移動起點、終點開關擋板，就可以改變機器噴灌面積。
5、自動運行：設置開停機時間，機器完全可以在您的設定時間段自動執行灌溉作業。
6、手動操作或遙控操作。全自動往復運行。
7、噴桿高度：可以方便地調整，調整范圍約500 mm。保證作物長高仍能得到均勻灌溉。
8、節約土地：吊掛式安裝zui大限度地節約了寶貴的種植面積。同時雙軌使機器運行平穩。
9、可以接受計算機控制系統信號指令，實現遠程控制。
10、可以輸出對于供水泵的開關控制信號，實現停止噴水的同時停止水泵供水，節省水源。
噴灌機選用原則
一般建議每棟溫室配置一臺機器，以避免轉移軌道必須人工推行的不便或麻煩。
噴灌機的zui大行程是80米。
工作軌道的長度通常就是溫室長度，也就是噴灌機作業行程；工作軌道一般要求安裝成水平；苗床或地面上種植作物和噴嘴之間的距離以不小于450 mm為宜；工作軌道的高度一般在2000mm-2200mm之間。
在每一棟溫室的端部預留出水源和電源接口。水源接口尺寸為DN20外徑的UPVC管，要求水壓力不小于3 Kgf/cm2。電源為~220V/50Hz。
由于噴灌機機身長度和膠管滑車長度，在機器進水端總有1.5米，行程終端約有0.5米不能噴到。
如果一臺機器用于多棟溫室，則一般不建議超過三連棟。此時則必須在棟與棟之間設置轉移車用的轉移軌道。注：噴灌機轉移工作，需要人工推行完成。轉移軌道下方必須設置道路，便于操作使用噴灌機、接水接電。

If one machine is used for more than one greenhouse, it is generally not recommended to have more than three greenhouses. At this time, transfer tracks for transfer vehicles must be set between buildings. Note: the transfer of sprinkler irrigation machine needs to be carried out manually.
The road must be set under the transfer track to facilitate the operation and use of sprinkler irrigation machine, water and electricity.
